The microphone is blocked or not allowed, so live talking is off. Check that this site has microphone permission in your browser settings.
You can still try it: record a short video or voice clip with the phone, then pick it below. It plays back in the villain voice with the lights.
Live mode needs headphones or a speaker away from the phone. Without them the phone will squeal.
